Today’s lesson is a lecture from the text book, 'Toutchstone'  unit5. 

Q1 Do you remember your first close friend?

  Actually, he was my cousin. his dad took us to many fantastic places in my childhood, 

  And we used to travel to interesting places, such as Nikko, Sendai, Hidatakayama and so on by car  in my shool days. 

Q2 Do you remember learning to swim?

  After my retiring, I have commuted a swimming club for my health. It has a good swimming school and good

  coaches. there I learned how to swim a lot. For example, butterfly stroke, back stroke,

  breast stroke and crawl stroke, what we call, swimming in the individual 400-meter medley.

 I felt so formidable because I couldn’t swim fast. 

Q3 Do you remember a time get into trouble?

   In my childhood I and my cousin got together the house where our moms were born during 

   summer holiday. we were going to do our homework, that is  making cicade specimen.

   So we caught many cicadas. Then our grand mom scolded us not kill  living things   

Q4 Do you remember your first day of school?

   My high school is on the hill. There are many stone steps. On the first day, I feared that I 

  should climb the mountain. But next day, I got competitive toward the preparing

   examination.

a I agree. I studieded the play when I was in high school.

b You read Othello in high school?

a Yes, I even wrote an essay about it. And I got a  good grade.

b Oh, yes. You were very good at English, weren't you?

a That's right.
