Today’s lesson is the text book, 'Touchstone3'  unit2 'I’ve heard good things…’

1.Keeping the conversation going
Notice how you keep the conversation going.

They say things like I’ve heard good things about it to show interest and then ask a question.

You can show interest by responding with short questions like ‘Do you?’,’Have you?’ ‘Are you?’ . Use the same tense as the other person.

 

2.Here is a talk from ラジオ英会話.

Topic is verb, make have.

First story is Tom and Palm Reader are talking.

a So, you are a palm reader?

b That's what the sign says. Please take a seat.

a To be honest, I don't want to believe in this kind of stuff.

b You can have my camera, Ren. I never use it anymore. But finding file is kind of hard these days
