first story is 

Two colleagues are talking about email announcement.

a Did you read the email announcement?

b Announcement? From who?

a It's from our new company's president.

Men have to wear a tie everyday from now on.

b Are you serious?

a Yes, that's what it says. He says our company has been too casual and we need to look more  professional.

b You must be joking.

a I think the president is kind of a strict person.

b You can say that again.

key sentence is Are you serious?

We disagree casually.

You must be joking.

Are you serious? You are quitting your job to travel around the world.

You must be joking. There is no way I 'm going to lend you a hundred thaizand yen.

Second story is

Two shop employees are talking about the soba festival. 

a We want to change the Annual Soba Festival to the Annual Udon Festival.

b How coming you are trying make such a change?

a These days, younger people prefer udon to soba and we want atract yong people to our festival.

b I'm sorry, but I don't agree. The Soba Festival is a very important tradition. I don't thiink we should change it.

a Well, we need to discuss this further before a  final decision.

key sentence is I'm sorry, but I can't agree.

we disagree in consideration.

I hate to disagree with you, but that's true.

I'm afraid I can`t go along with you on that.

Tell me, what kind of music do you like?

A couple is talking about a trip with their son.

b I'm not sure about that. We've already been to Oknawa.

a But Ren wants to go again. He loves the beach and Okonawan culture.

b Hotel prices are kind of expensive at this time of year.

a Let me look for some deals on the internet.

Last story is

Two frieds are talking about one's meeting someone.

a Hi George, I saw you on Sunday.

b Oh, did you?  Where did you see me?

a It was in the shopping mall. You were with a young woman.

b Was I? Are you sure It was me? I was there alone on Sunday.

a Really? I was pretty sure it was you. You seemed to be enjoying chatting with her.

b Oh, now I remember, That was one of my English students. We bumped into each other by chance.

It's hard to say, because the Botan Botanical Garden is attractive tourist. If I were you, i would choose the Zo Zoo. It has a faous Zo Parade and  It's only at this time of year.
